Does this have a locking pin with it and will it fit a Toyota 4 Runner. If it doesnt have a locking device on it do you have one? Want to get this for my husband for Christmas and dont know what size to get and want it to be theft proof.

If your Toyota 4 Runner has a 2 inch hitch, then the Missouri Chrome Logo Emblem Hitch Cover, part # AMG100338, will fit. If the 4 Runner has a 1-1/4 inch hitch, or no hitch, then this hitch cover will not work.
It does not come with a lock, but we do have several locks available. The etrailer lock, part # e98880, is our most popular lock and would secure this hitch cover to a 2 inch hitch.
The hitches available for newer 4Runners are 2 inch, but some of the older 4Runner models also had 1-1/4 inch hitches available. I will link you to a page on trailer hitch sizing.
