I spoke with my contact at Trailer Valet and found that the Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover # STC-V211 has a ratio of 5 to 1 in high gear and 14 to 1 in low gear.
This means that it takes 5 turns of the handle for one revolution of the tire in high gear and 14 handle turns for one tire revolution in low gear.
