Question:
I just bought 7 or so of your 3inch puck lights and I can not figure out how the white plasticinch lense comes out or off of the light. The info says to pull it offinch but, I do not want to break it......It does not twist, cant get hold of it to pull it offinch and it says NOT to use tools..... What do you suggest ??? Please and Thanks !

The center lens of the 12V RV LED Puck Light # 328-K-1003WS will pop out of the white trim ring with the use of tools, even though they don't recommend using any. In the attached video below Hayden uses a flat-head screwdriver, but I would use a plastic trim panel tool # PT73HJ to avoid scratching the lens. You can use one of the smaller pieces to get in between the lens and trim ring and pop it right out.
