Should Seal of Truxedo Pro X15 Attach To Bulkhead with Spray on Liner

Question:
I bought the truxedo pro x15. If the bulk head has a spray on liner is it better to adhere the seal strip to the tonneau instead of the bulk head? Just wondering what surface would be the best. Thanks

You still would want to attach the seal strip of the Truxedo Pro X15 part # TX22GR to the bulk head even though it has a spray on bedliner
