Question:

I purchased this hitch last fall and just had an opportunity to get it installed and hooked up to the truck this weekend. The trailer is much higher in the front than the back. Any suggestions to get it leveled?

Expert Reply:

It looks like you have the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY58GR mounted in the highest position. You should be able to raise the pin box in the mounting arms to help lower the front of your trailer on your truck.

If you are unable to raise it in the mount arms or this is not enough to level the camper we also have the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # RR23QX. This will allow you to raise the suspension 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" to help level the camper.
