It sounds like the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" White Wheel # AM32409 is going to be the best wheel and tire for your trailer. These have the 5 on 5" bolt pattern which measures 3" on center from wheel stud to wheel stud. The tire is rated for 1,820lbs or 7,280lbs for the 4 tires. The wheel is 5" wide but that is measured from the tire bead seat with so your measurement of 5-1/4" would be very close to the overall outside measurement. You will want to be sure the tire will have enough clearance on your trailer. This tire is 27.3" in diameter and 8.1" wide. You should have at least 1" of sidewall clearance and 3 inches of vertical clearance so the suspension can travel.
