We do not have a part that matches the L8816 number that you provided. I have listed a couple of the stainless t-handles that we have available below.

- T-Handle Locking Stainless Steel Flush Door Latch # L4080
- Replacement Locking T-Handle # UWSTHLOCK

Check out the dimension picture I attached for the Latch Part #L4080 that you referenced. I believe the dimension you are looking for is 1/2 inch on all sides from the edge of the latch flange to the center of the mounting holes.

Thanks for the picture! The closest seal we have to yours is the Rubber Hollow Bulb Seal for RV and Trailer Door item #CS63FR. This is a stick on seal that measures 15' long x 1/2" wide x 3/8" tall.

I believe the CH751 is the lock number. There are various lock numbers that could be in a door handle. The number you provided is a patent number for a double lock T-handle. Such as #L4080 which is the closest match we have to that design.
