I really like the Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender # PVP20B because it's easy to use and install.
I've personally messed with a handful of these swing away extenders and it's just really practical. The other options are okay but they feel over-engineered and can have a few more steps involved for a simple process.
Please note that using something a swing away extender cuts the weight rating of your hitch in half so you need to make sure the weight of your bike rack plus bikes won't exceed half the weight rating on your trailer hitch.
I'm attaching a review video I made of this extender on a 2019 RAV4 for you to check out.
