Is There a Trailer Hitch for a 2022 Acura MDX That Works with Full Size Spare Tire

I do have options for you but none of the trailer hitch options for a 2022 Acura MDX will work on models with a full size spare tire. Therefore, I recommend swapping out the full size spare tire for a smaller size so you can install a trailer hitch like the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e27KR which is what I recommend. This trailer hitch features a simple bolt-on install with no drilling required. It has a 2" opening which is great for towing or other hitch mounted accessories.

If you want to keep your full size spare you'll have to find somewhere else to put the spare tire as it won't fit with a trailer hitch in place. I suspect or at least hope you'd be using the hitch more than the spare tire so if it were up to me personally, I would forgo the full size spare tire so I can use a trailer hitch.
