I see that you were looking at the Replacement TruXedo Shur-Bond Velcro Brand Fastener # TX1115174. This would fit if you have a TruXedo Lo Pro or Original Edge tonneau cover and a 6-1/2' bed on your 2016 Ford F-350.

Without knowing what size bed you have and what cover that you have, I cannot say for sure what replacement Velcro (hook and loop) you are needing. If you can provide me with that information, I would be happy to help you further.
