Will the SportRack Horizon Cargo Box Fit a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Clear the Rear Hatch

Hello, I am trying to determine if the SportRack Horizon 16 will fit on my aero bars. According to the SportRack fit guide, it says that my 2014 grand cherokee is not compatible. Any information would be helpful. Thank you

I checked the SportRack fit guide and it only goes up to 2013 models so the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee is not represented. If the Aero bars on your Jeep are less than 3-1/4 inches wide then the mounting hardware for the box will physically fit the bars. To determine if the box will clear the rear hatch there is a measurements you need to take.

Measure from the center of the front crossbar back to the gap between the hatch and roof. If that distance is greater than 40-5/8 inches then the box will fit without hatch interference.
