Will it work for a shorelander trailer carrying a 18 ft Lund boat. The boat has a lot of chatter at the front bow stop.

For a hitch ball use 2" Hitch Ball # 40038 and for a lock use Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitch # e98882.
