I do have some options for you but a trailer wheel with 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern is only offered in an 8-15" diameter. The largest being 15" so if that is what you're after I recommend the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel part # AM20522 which is a standard design for trailers.
In order to upgrade to a 16" wheel you'll need at least a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern so then you can use an option like the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel part # AM20741. That said, this would require a hub change or possibly an axle change so if you can let me know what your axle capacity is, I would be glad to provide some options.
