The Curt Ball Mount # D-28 is going to be the closest ball mount we have to what you are looking for. This mount is 14-1/4" from center of hitch pin to center of 1" hitch ball hole. It has a 6" drop but with the addition of the 2-5/16" Curt RockerBall # C82KR it has a raised base so you will end up with a 4.5" drop. This RockerBall will help to absorb shock from the trailer and give you a better ride.
With the light suspension on your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited being designed for articulation I recommend looking at a Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37061ET with the Shank # EQ90-02-4300. This will help to distribute the weight across your Jeep and reduce rear sag. This particular hitch includes a 2" ball so you will need a 2-5/16" Ball # EQ91-00-6100 and a Thin Wall Socket # ALL643216 to install the hitch ball. The Equal-i-zer incorporates sway control into the hitch making it safer to drive by reducing side to side movement of the trailer while driving.
