How can I determine if our 2022 East to West Della Terra 23RB can tow 2000# of ATV and trailer. Frame strength? The camper weighs 5500# and GVWR is 8000#. Thanks

Your 2022 East to West Della Terra 230RB travel trailer would be able to handle the load with the appropriate rated trailer hitch but the real key here is whether or not your towing vehicle can handle the weight of both trailers.

For the hitch you'd just need to measure the distance from the inside of the frame beams to determine which hitch would fit. The Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13701 you were looking at fits a frame width of 18" - 51" and has a 5,000lb capacity. if you have a rear bumper that sits below the body of the trailer you'll most likely need to remove it to have enough room for the trailer hitch receiver tube.

That trailer will also have lights so you'll need to wire in a 4-pole connector like # C47NR and tie it into the trailer's tail lights to pass on your signals to the ATV trailer.

You'll also need to keep in mind that you're now triple towing and there's going to be A LOT behind you so you'll need to make even wider turns and go slower. There are also laws on triple towing depending on where you live and will be travelling through so you'll want to do your research prior to your trip to avoid any tickets/fines.
