Question:
do they make a keyed lockable saddle pin... I have a BandW 3370 fifth wheel hitch?? Thanks

They sure do, what you're looking for is the Tow Ready Base Rail Lock for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # TR63254.
This hitch pin is 1/2" in diameter, measures 7-1/2" long, and has 3-1/2" of usable length. I've also included a video for you to check out.
