Question:
I have hooked up a plug on a power pole using the correct breaker and the correct plug but when I put my circuit analyzer in all three lights light up and it says open neutral what does that mean. In the picture it is indicating only the red light on but I dont know why it took the picture wrong but all three lights are lit up so why is there an open negative

Expert Reply:
If the "open neutral" lights are on in the Camco RV Power Defender Circuit Analyzer Dogbone # CAM55312 then there's an issue with the power pedestal and a qualified electrician will need to open it up and investigate the issue. It could be as simple as a loose connection, but it's impossible to know without physically looking at it and troubleshooting it.
You won't won't to connect to the pedestal until an electrician has a chance to fix the issue.
