You can, assuming you have the proper clearance; with trailer tires, the general rule of thumb is you want at least 3" of clearance from the top of the tire to your fender and at least 1" of clearance between the inside of the tire and your trailer's frame rail.
ST205/75R15 measure 27.1" in diameter and 8.1" wide, while ST225/75R15 tires measure 28.3" in diameter and 8.9" wide, so you'll only be adding about 5/8" of height and 3/8" of width near the frame rail. A quality tire with the correct load range for your Grey Wolf 29TE is from Karrier:
- Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # AM10251
Karrier tires are highly rated by our customers, with a rating close to 5 stars out of over 1,000 reviews, and these have a 2,150 lb capacity per tire, which is exactly what you need. It is important you know your rim size though, as these fit 15" x 6", 15" x 6-1/2", and 15" x 7" rims, and your rim may be 15" x 5" so definitely verify that.
Rim width is measured on the inside of the rim though, so you'll need to take the tire off, or you can go with a new wheel/tire combo, the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" White Wheel # AM32459.
