Troubleshooting A Furrion Chill RV AC That Is Giving An E3 Error Code

Question:

Have a question about an ac heat controller for a furion ac unit Im getting an E3 error on my thermostat the part number for the unit is FACC10SA-BL

The E3 error code your Furrion Chill FACC10SA-BL is referring to a loss of communication between the control box and the thermostat.

What you're going to need to do is check your wiring and ensure that no wires have been damaged or pinched and are making a full connection in the thermostat as well as the unit itself.

You're going to need to also verify that the A and B wires are going to their respective slots. It's not entirely uncommon to hear about these connections being flipped in production by mistake.

New Furrion setup but getting the E3 error multi zone setup only one Furrion ac hooked up app is connected Bluetooth checked all wiring multiple times connected thermostat right to the control board same results dip switches checked the furnace kicks on fan only no heat and the AC does nothing. Help!!!

@Darrien The only other thing I can recommend before heading to Furrion is making sure that the "A" and "B" wires are in the correct spots. Sometimes these wires can get flipped in production and cause the E3 error code as well. If you check that and still the same result, I'd recommend going to Furrion and let them know what's happening because It sounds like there might be something more going on.

@BryceD I’ve contacted them through email so far just waiting on a reply, I’ll call them when I get a chance and I have tried swapping the A and B wires.everything is new I’ve tried 2 different thermostats the Furrion multi zone app, also tried 2 different controllers. I’m at a loss.
