Hey Joe, here's what I was able to find on using a relay to allow a Furrion Chill Cube to control a furnace. Basically a 12V DC normally open relay is required to connect the two brown wires from the Chill Cube control module to the furnace’s "call for heat" wires. The relay isolates the 12V furnace circuit from the AC unit's electronics, allowing the Chill Cube's thermostat to trigger the furnace.

A standard 12V DC, SPST (Single Pole, Single Throw) or SPDT (Single Pole, Double Throw) "ice cube" relay (or mini relay) is needed like our # 38659. Connect the two BROWN wires (furnace relay wires) from the Furrion control box to the relay coil terminals. Connect the relay contacts in series with the furnace's trigger wires (usually white, or red/white).

My advice is, why bother? Simply don't hook up the thermostat that came with the Chill Cube and continue using the thermostat you currently have for your furnace. The air conditioner will work separately just fine.

@Mike not a terrible idea. That's what we've had to tell quite a few people.
