In regards to choosing between the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling Systems part # LC358590 and part # LC675817, you'll need to measure. The rear jack brackets should be installed approximately 1' behind the rear axle anger. If there will be 20' or less between the center of the landing gear footpad and the center of the rear jack footpad then use the 4-point part # LC358590. If your setup requires more than 20' between the jacks, use the 6-point part # LC675817.
If you only have 18-1/2' between the front and prospective rear jack then you would need to use the 4-point.
