Question:

Hello, Im looking for a hub assembly and a weld on spindle for a torsion axle. The part numbers are Dexter 69-46, and on the hun is 8-259235. The hub is 5 on 4.5. Any help would much appreciated.

The Dexter 69-46 axle has a straight spindle with # L44649 bearings. For a replacement spindle you can use the BTR E-Z Lube Spindle for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles # TRU44FR. Then for an idler hub, the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2K Axles # AKIHUB-545-2-EZ-2K would be a great replacement. If you're looking for a hub and drum assembly then the # AKHD-545-2-EZ-2K is what you need instead.

hi i have dexter torsion axle i believe engraving says 69-46 and then 061 in the corner i believe. it has 7" electric drum brake and drum width 2 3/4" and 5 lug and 5.30-12 tire on it. i need a wheel stud please

@Mike do you have any information on the drum? Do you know anything about your stud size? I will need more information to find the right part. If the hub/drum assembly is original I can probably find it through Dexter if you can give me the serial number off of the axle tag.

@RobinH thank you - all rusted underneath so all i could find was engraving info i sent you could not find an axle tag sorry drum appears to be a 7 inch and drum overall width 2 3/4" and is a 5 lug

@Mike you're going to have to pull one out to see what type it is and measure if there is nothing else to identify it. Could be drive in, could be screw in, could be a large variety of lengths and diameters. I attached a link below to all of our available wheel studs so you can see if one matches once you have this information.
