Question:

I have a 2000 Honda CR-V EX manual transmission with a Blue Ox Base Plate BX2221. I already have a Roadmaster Nighthawk # RM-676 tow bar but will need adapters RM-031-5 to connect. What other items would you recommend to complete the tow package i.e. permanent install supplemental brake system, diode wiring kit,, charge kit etc. Thanks in advance,

For a permanent install supplemental braking kit that fits your 2000 Honda CR-V the Demco DUO part # SM99251 would be your best option. Our installers like it the most as it installs the easiest and performs really well. You will also need the brake lite relay part # RM-88400 so that the brake lights don't override turn signals.

Then for a diode lighting kit the Roadmaster kit part # RM-15267 is a really great option that is our most popular solution. Then for a charge line the part # RM-156-25 would be the kit to use.
