Does Every Masterlock Stainless Steel Trailer Hitch Lock # 1469DAT Have the Same Lock/Key Combo
Updated 01/16/2014 | Published 01/15/2014 >
Question:
Hello, I read a review on another webiste stating that this key is universal. Is that true? Tha masterlock website lists it as K1 Key Blank what does that mean? I am just curious if someone with the same lock will be able to unlock mine. I recently had a square tube 2in hitch receiver installed on my 2014 Jeep Compass-Latitude and I wanted to make sure this would work. Thanks

I spoke with my contact at Masterlock and she informed me that there are 1,400 unique key and lock combinations for the Stainless Steel Trailer Hitch Lock # 1469DAT that you referenced.
Chances are if there was someone out there with the same lock as this he would not be able to unlock your # 1469DAT.
I attached a review video for this product for you to check out also.
