There are several products that you could use to enhance the front suspension on your 2013 Ram 2500. For a 4-wheel drive model you could use SuperCoils, # SSC-22 rated for 2,600 pounds or # SSC-23 rated for 5,000 pounds. For a 2-wheel drive model you could use SumoSprings # SSF-301-47.

These are great for snowplows but using them is going to increase the ride height by 2-1/2 inches. The stiffer springs also will not have the bouncing problem you are experiencing with the air bags.

The SuperCoils are going to take the weight of the plow and stiffen up so the front end will not sag and of course you get the added benefit of not wearing out the stock suspension as quick as you would without them.
