Install Harness for Redarc Tow Pro Elite Brake Controller 2012 Volkswagen Touareg

VW 2012 Touareg with factory tow. Just received the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite controller and the suggested Curtis wiring adaptor C51522. Looks like Ill still have to splice the pig-tail from the flat 4-pin wires of the Redarc to the Curtis. Or is there a different adaptor that Im missing. Easy enough to splice the wires together assuming I match the colors? Is that correct?

The recommended install harness for the Redarc Tow Pro Elite part # RED44FR to install in your 2012 Volkswagen Touareg is the Curt # C51522 which would match color for color when you wire it to the Redarc controller. So yes, you'd just need to match the colors and you'd be good.
