Hi, i have the kuat transfer 1 with 3 bikes carrier. Am i able to take 2 off to make it a single bike carrier?

While you could technically slide off the cradles on your Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - 2" Hitches # KU24FR and use it as a single bike carrier, how it is not encouraged as it's not going to increase your carrying capacity, and would also leave a lot of excess, unused bar space.
Instead, for a single bike carrier, you'd need to use the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # KU64FR.
This bike rack has a maximum carrying capacity of 1-bike weighing 60-lbs, and will work with class I, II, and III trailer hitch receivers.
