Question:

Hi, I am looking at the Kuat N101 but need to have the option of adding two more bikes to the rack as I have 2 young daughters that will, in the near future, start biking with the wife and I. I am considering the Kuat or the 1Up... I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee with a 2inch hitch and my questions are: 1 Is there an option to add another Kuat N101 to an existing Kuat N101? If I buying the N101 but want the option to add more 2 bikes to it later can I just buy another N101 and an adapter kit like you can on the 1UP bike racks. 2 OR do I have to the cash now for the Kuat N101-103 and then take the rear section off? 3 If #2 is the answer, when you take the second section off of the N101-103 can you reattach the bike stand to the now 2 bike rack? 4 Do both the N101 and N101-103 have the internal locks? If not which model numbers do? Thanks so much for the help!

If you go with the Kuat NV # NV22G then you can add a 2-bike extension later using # NA22G. Or just get them both together using # NV22G-NA22G. Either way will work.

The bike stand can go at the end of the NV22G (2-bike mode) or at the end of the NA22G (when in 4-bike mode). It can move so no worries!

Kuat NV NV22G and NV22G-NA22G are the exact same with the only difference being that NV22G-NA22G comes with the extension, NA22G. All of the features including the locks are the same.
