So there are two options for a roof rack for your 2016 Jeep Wrangler with a 3-piece hard top, and both are going to involve drilling into your roof so it will be a permanent application. One is from Rhino-Rack and the other from Yakima, with the difference being the Backbone support system from the Rhino-Rack being sturdier overall than the Yakima's simple footpads.
