What, if any, are the differences between the Draw-Tite and Curt trailer hitch for my 2023 Hyundai Tucson?

There is really just one difference between the Curt and Draw-Tite trailer hitches that fit your 2023 Hyundai Tucson, with the correct part numbers for your car being the following:

- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C94WR

- Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT22MR

The only difference between the two hitches is that the Draw-Tite has a welded on tab so you can install a trailer wiring harness mounting tab easily. Apart from the tab, these hitches have the same capacities, install, and concealed crosstube so only the receiver shows. So if you plan on using the hitch for towing, the Draw-Tite will allow the slightly easier addition of the 4-way mounting bracket, but otherwise, just go with the one that has the best price.
