Question:
I have a trailer with a tongue weight of 740pds loaded trailer 6200pds. Sometimes I put more supplies in the truck bed or the trailer. It is possible that the tongue weight could go over 800pds but never less than than 740 depending what I take with me. I can adjust the bars each trip if needed to get the weight distribution right if I change the load. Currently I have 600 bars which are under rated. Which bars should I use the max 800 or max 1000? Also I have air suspension on my truck which requires more loading on the front wheels during setup although the leveling puts it back to a normal weight distribution when activated so maybe that does not effect which bars to use? I am at the edge of both. One at the max and one at the min. Want the best ride I can get and still be safe. Thanks.

You will definitely want to go with the 1,000 lb. bars # FA92-01-1099 rather than the 800 lb. bars # FA92-01-0899.
It is better to go with a system that can support you while you are at your heaviest, and deal with what could be a slightly more stiff ride when you have the lower tongue weight. That being said the Replacement Trunnion Spring Bars for Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Systems (1,000 lbs.) # FA92-01-1099 are going to be good for tongue weights ranging between 600 lbs. and 1,000 lbs. So you are good to go with using these spring bars and should not experience a significantly more stiff ride.
