Torque spec on the spindle bolt?

For a trailer axle spindle nut like part # 165686 you will need to run the spindle nut down until there is no more side-to-side play in the hub and then back it off to the next notch so you can secure the cotter pin, like part # 165649, through the spindle. There is not a specific torque to follow for the nut.
