Question:
Hi I purchased the BandW turnover ball gooseneck hitch from you about a month ago. I installed it myself following directions and watching video. All went well except it is just flush with the bottom of the bed. So my companion slinging 5th wheel hitch is slightly too high in the hole. Pin won’t go through. Looks like 1/8th to 1/4 inch. I tried loosening bolts and using a bit of jack pressure but no go. Any help ??

The B and W Turnoverball hitches have an adjustment built into them to allow for varying heights. If you check out the picture I attached you'll see that you the socket post is adjustable to allow it to fit your setup.
It's also in the install instructions link I attached as well.

How do you get a replacement post like in your cut away picture? I need one for the model 3000. I have the post but the inside adjustment stuff. The guts inside the post that tighten up on the pin under the bed.
