The Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 5 - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-550-35-K should fit just fine with your Big Tex trailer, however I do recommend double checking the bearings and seal to make sure it matches with what you currently have:
Inner Bearing - L68149
Outer Bearing - L44649
Grease Seal - 58846 (Inner Diameter 1.719" and Outer Diameter 2.565")
