Correct Replacement Sewer Valves for Pleasure Way Lexor TS
Question:
Hi: I have a 2016 Pleasure Way Lexor TS. This is the # of the valve provided by PW. My questions are: 1. On my van, the black side looks like it goes directly into the black drain valve? Kind of like a spigot. This is a dual hub? 2. The issue is: I use a Valtera back flush with valve. Upon back flushing, the black tank valve housing cracked and started to spray water. Is this a common issue with ABS material not being able to handle the psi of the back flush? This is the only issue with my valve. 3. Do I have to recement the new fitting? Can I just remove the 8 bolts and replace the broken portion? Should I reinforce the housing with some additional 1/4 inch ABS plastic so it does not crack in the future? Thank you, Sorry for the number of questions

The correct replacement sewer valves for the Pleasure Way Lexor TS is the Bristol Double RV Waste Valves part # 34466ND13AAR. In regards to installation, you can reuse the outside flanges from your existing sewer valves so long as they are in good working order making for a bolt-on installation with no fusing required. That said, if the outside flanges are damaged they will need to replaced and new ones fused on using the LaSalle Bristol ABS Solvent Cement part # 3447530889.
There should not be any issues using these valves with a back flush system.
