I would be happy to recommend a replacement waste valve for you, but unfortunately we do not have a break down of which style waste valve is used on a specific RV.
A few of the different styles are a single 3" waste valve like the Valterra Waste Valve for RV Black Water Tank - 3" Spigot to 3" Lug # T50A, or a combined black water and grey water valve like the Double RV Waste Valves - Sewer Wye - Rotating - 3" Spigot and 1-1/2" Hub # TR38A.

If both ends of your waste valve slid over your sewer pipe you will need the Valterra Bladex Waste Valve for RV Black Water Tank - 3" Hub to 3" Hub # T40B.

I have another option but there is not a Valterra shut off valve that has the camlock connector already installed to work with the Lippert Waste Master RV Sewer Hose w/ Leakproof Camlock and 90-Degree Nozzle # LC359724 you were looking at.
Instead If your current shut off valve has a 3" bayonet spigot like the Valterra Double RV Waste Valves # TR38B you will need to cut the lugs off of the valve, use sand paper to smooth out the surface, and then use Valterra ABS Solvent Cement # A05-0303... view full answer...

Which waste valve you'll need for your black water tank on your RV depends on the fitting that you have on your vehicle currently. As an example, if you have a male threaded hose that fits over the waste valve you'll want to use the Valterra Waste Valve for RV Black Water Tank - 3" MPT to 3" Lug # T50C. Basically the easiest way to describe it is that hubs fit over spigots. So the Double RV Waste Valves - Elbow - Rotating - 3 and 1.5 Hubs to 3 Lug Item # T80 that you referenced has a 3 inch fitting that is 3 inches in internal diameter designed for fitting over a 3 inch outer diameter (spigot) fitting.
These kits do not come apart so you'd have to replace the entire thing. view full answer...
The 601482 number you provided is an Airstream part number. But I was able to locate some information with that number and it looks like it is in fact the Double RV Waste Valves # T80.
After comparing the Double RV Waste Valves # T80 to the valve I located using the 601482 number, it looks like Airstream just changed the part number to 601482 and the # T80 is the same waste valve you currently have. view full answer...
Typically it's not going to matter since the bolts are just used to hold the valve body together, so the bolts holding your current waste valve together won't matter.
