Question:

Is there a pair of Yakima towers or landing pads that will fit the towers to install on a flat roof? Preferably to use their HD bars. Or any other brand as long as I can put a Yakima Big Catch Kayak carrier on it. Im trying to find a solution to mount to my rooftop tent bars on my overland rack. Below is a pic of my tent crossbars. It’s not necessary for holes yo line up. I can drill into the tent bars no problem.

It sounds like you're just looking for a way to mount the Yakima BigCatch Kayak Carrier part # Y04091 to the Wikked Ridge Roof Top Tent Bars and if that's the case then I have a pretty simply solution for you. Instead of trying to attach standard crossbars to the top of the crossbars already in place (which we don't have an option for), I recommend simply bolting the kayak carrier directly to the roof top tent crossbars using the Smart-Slot Crossbar Adapter Kit for Yakima BigCatch Saddles part # Y04092. The channel bar will sit up inside the roof top tent bar and then the bolts should protrude up though the slots allowing you to attach the kayak carrier.

If you don't think this would work or if I misunderstood please just let me know.
