Does Brophy D-Ring Tie-Down Anchor # DR1S Come with Backing Plate

Is there a backing plate available for the DR1S that would align up and not require drilling.

The Brophy D-Ring Tie-Down Anchor # DR1S actually comes with it's own backing plate. The black portion of it mounts under the surface and then using the included hardware you'd attach the D-ring on top of the surface. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
