How can I mobilize a valve that is difficult to open and close?

Expert Reply:
Often times when a Waste Valve # T1003PBC becomes difficult to operate the seals need to be cleaned and lubed. We also have Replacement Seals for 1-1/2" # T1001-9VP, 2" # T1002-7VP and 3" # T1003-9VP valves if they are damaged. New hardware is included with these seals as it typically corrodes.
