I looked up the Airstream Drain Valve for Fresh Water Tank 601243 as best I could and I do believe we have a match in the Valterra Universal Drain Valve for RVs part # A01-2025VP which uses the same 3/8" to 1/2" barbed fitting. The only thing that could be different are the mounting holes, I couldn't find the spacing for your valve but ours is 1.45" apart on center. Worse case you'd have to drill one new hole and plug the other unused.
