To the find the axle capacity on your 2008 Airstream Safari Travel trailer you will need to look for the VIN plate or sticker that lists the VIN number. The weight rating of the axle should be listed on the sticker. The axle could also have a tag or plate on it that will also list the weight capacity.
The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5,200-lb Axles # 8-201-5UC3 is for a 5,200 pound axle and has an Inner Bearing # 25580 and an Outer Bearing # LM67048. If you find what the axle capacity is please reach back out to me and I will be able to find you the correct drum assembly.
