The Blue Ox Alpha 2 Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount # BX7380 will work with your 2003 Jeep TJ if you have The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1120 already installed on your 2003 Jeep TJ.
The tow bar has a heavy-duty steel construction and is powder coated to help resist corrosion. It has a weight capacity up to 6,500 pounds .
