I believe this is the correct part I need to replace my hub and drum, but the grease is different from what I have.

You are correct, the # 8-219-4UC3 matches your existing hub and drum assembly. I'm assuming you're referencing the difference in the grease cap when you say the grease is different. This has a standard grease cap, but you can use your existing E-Z lube grease caps in place of the caps that come with this assembly. If you want new ones you can use the # RG04-080. The grease cap and plug is the only difference between a regular and E-Z lube hub and drum assembly.
