WE ARE REPLACING THIS SCREEN ON A TRADE IN OUTSIDE DOOR MEASURES 95 INSIDE OPENING IS 93 1/2 THE ORIGINAL HEADER OF SCREEN MEASURES 95foot WHICH ONE SHOULD I ORDER??

The CrossBreeze is going to sit inside of the door opening on your toy hauler so you'll want to choose one as close to your opening width as possible. With your original header measuring 95" it's safe to assume you had the 96" # 3441409600PBK since the header will be smaller with the rails taking up the rest of the gap.
