Question:
I have a 7000 lb cargo trailer with a v-nose front that is over the front a frame. I am looking for weight distributing hitch with sway control. Do you have mounting brackets that do not go above the frame to connect the chains?

Yes, we do have a set of mounting brackets that do not go over the top of your tongue for chain style weight distribution systems. It is the Chain Hangers for Curt Weight Distribution Systems item # C17005. These hangers mount directly to your tongue with included bolts.
Since your trailer has a v-nose front, I recommend the Curt Short-Arm Weight Distribution System item # C17322. This system has shorter arms to accommodate your v-nose tongue. This system has an 800 lbs to 1,000 lbs tongue weight capacity which will be perfect for your cargo trailer.
