Hello, Would this hitch be a good option for towing a 2022 GRAND DESIGN IMAGINE XLS 23BHE with a 2009 Silverado 1500 rated for towing of 7,500lbs? Thanks!

Based on the weight of the 2022 Grand Design Imagine XLS 23BHE I was able to find online the Curt TruTrack weight distribution system part # C69JR would be a great option. With that said it seems to weigh more than what your truck is rated for so unless you have a second set of higher towing capacities when using a WD system I can't recommend this towing setup of your truck and trailer as safe.
