You may be able to use the Air Lift 1000 Universal Air Spring Kit like the # AL60909 on your 2006 Mercedes-Benz G-Class. There are no custom fit options available. This will require some additional measurements to find the correct kit for your vehicle.
First, unload your vehicle to make sure it's at normal ride height. Then, measure the inside height of your coil spring, which will be from the upper spring seat to the lower spring seat. Lastly, measure the inside diameter of the spring at its widest point.
Once you have your measurements, you can use the table below to choose the right kit. Since the air spring cylinder will inflate, it's okay if the cylinder is slightly undersized compared to the size of the coil spring. You will need to search for the part number once you find the best fit.
