Question:
I want to use a tool box mounted on cargo carrier. I plan on storing my 2 Honda 2000 generators @ 50 lbs each and 2 gas cans @ 50 lbs each. Would this application be Ok.. The box and cargo carrier probably weigh less than 100 lbs.

The Curt # 13703 that you referenced has a tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs. If the combined weight of all of your cargo is less than that this hitch should work well for you.
It sounds like you would be right near the 350 lb limit though, so I would recommend you verify the weight of everything. Also, most cargo carriers are not rated for use behind RVs or motorhomes, so I would verify that your cargo carrier is rated for that.
