The MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat # MA00-04002K you were looking at comes with 2 butt-connectors for you to be able to splice your vent's wiring to the wiring in your RV. You will want a good pair of crimps # PTW30764 to crimp the ends of the butt-connectors.
