How Far Into RV Does Lippert SolidStep Set When in Stored Position
Published 08/25/2022 >
Question:
I have a recessed step that I would like mount the LC733932. When in the stored position, how much depth is required? I dont want the LC733932 to interfere with the vertical portion of the first step on my recessed step.

When the Lippert Solidstep RV steps like the part # LC733932 are installed and in the vertical/stored position they take up about 10-1/2 inches through the door threshold. So you would need to measure about 10-1/2 inches into the RV from the doorway to know where it would sit.
